Ambassador Program (Cleaning Maintenance, and Hospitality)
Our Ambassador’s ensure our downtown remains clean, welcoming, and vibrant for everyone.
Marketing and Promotion
Our Marketing and Promotions team showcases downtown’s unique offerings, driving foot traffic and supporting local businesses.
Community Activations & Events
The BIA creates engaging community activations & events that bring people together and celebrate our downtown’s vibrancy.
Advocacy
The BIA advocates for the needs and interests of our downtown businesses, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making.
Beautification and Public Realm Enhancement
The BIA enhance our downtown by refurbishing benches, waste receptacles, and public spaces for a more inviting environment.
Economic Development
The BIA focuses on attracting new businesses and nurturing a thriving local economy.
Facade Improvement Program
The Downtown Tillsonburg BIA is excited to partner with the Town of Tillsonburg on the Facade Improvement Program. This program was designed to incent building owners to improve the physical aesthetics of their buildings including exterior renovations, paint, signage, safety measures and improvements to lighting and security - such as the installation of cameras. Funds are subject to annual budgetary approvals by the town and BIA.
